At Liquides Imaginaires, we strive to ensure your olfactory journey is exceptional; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and sealed fragrances within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or unsealed items cannot be returned to our collection.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via the support portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Vessel
Carefully place the product in its original, unopened packaging and secure it within a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the integrity of the seal and packaging, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
